The present invention can be used for well-being health food in accordance with anti-oxidation, anti-cancer effects, growth, osteoporosis prevention, adult disease prevention, diabetes, skin care, anti-aging, fatigue recovery, dementia prevention, brain development, enhancing brain function, constipation, and anemia due to a combination of effects of which oriental medicinal ingredients, dried radish greens, and trout, which is a main ingredient, have.
