Provided are a solar cell module and a solar cell that: are capable of improving the output characteristics of the solar cell module which uses rear surface-junction type solar cells; and are capable of preventing a wiring material from coming in contact with finger electrodes and shorting, when connecting the wiring material to bus bar electrodes. The solar cell module has a plurality of solar cells (10) that have a light-receiving surface (10a) and a rear surface (10b) and are connected by the wiring material (2). The solar cells (10) have: a first bus bar electrode (23) provided on one end side of the rear surface (10b) and having the wiring material (2) connected thereto; a second bus bar electrode (24) provided on the other end side of the rear surface (10b) and having the wiring material (2) connected thereto; a plurality of first finger electrodes (21) connected to the first bus bar electrode (23) and extending towards the second bus bar electrode (24); and a plurality of second finger electrodes (22) connected to the second bus bar electrode (24) and extending towards the first bus bar electrode (23). The first finger electrodes (21) and the second finger electrodes (22) are alternately arranged in a direction substantially vertical to the extension directions thereof. The first finger electrodes (21) are formed so as to become thinner as same approach the second bus bar electrode (24). The second finger electrodes (22) are formed so as to become thinner as same approach the first bus bar electrode (23). |
