The present invention allows smoothly passing a suture needle through a donor cornea and a recipient cornea, and also allows suturing the donor cornea and the recipient cornea with good reproducibility, without being dependent upon the proficiency of an operator, etc. Provided is a suture hole creation device, comprising: an input tool (12) which receives an input of suture conditions including shapes of a donor cornea (41a) and a recipient cornea (41b), a number of sutures, and positions of holes for needle insertion; a medical laser device (20) which forms tunnels (42) for needle guidance for joining two hole positions; and a control unit (35) which, on the basis of the suture conditions, sets the hole positions in the donor cornea (41a) and the hole positions in the recipient cornea (41b), and after the setting, controls the output of the medical laser device (20) so as to form a plurality of tunnels with arc-shaped cross-sections in the tissues of each of the corneas (41a, 41b) and to approximately simultaneously form a transplant incision (41x) in the recipient cornea (41b). |
