Provided is a method for producing a heat conductive sheet having excellent tack properties. This method for producing a heat conductive sheet comprises: a first step for forming a coating layer (20) by applying a heat conductive resin composition containing a heat conductive filler (21) and a binder (22) onto a releasing film (10); and a second step for obtaining a heat conductive sheet comprising a heat conductive resin layer (30) having a predetermined thickness by bonding coating layers (20) with each other. The average particle diameter of the heat conductive filler (21) is from 1 μm to 15 μm (inclusive), and the maximum particle diameter of the heat conductive filler (21) is 80% or less of the predetermined thickness of the heat conductive resin layer (30). |
