<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device wherein electrical failures are less prone to occur. <P>SOLUTION: A mutual inductor for generating power includes a set of a power feed unit and a power-receiving unit that can induce each other. The power-feeding unit includes a power feed coil unit that receives a current from a power source and a power-feeding housing that houses the power-feeding coil unit. The power receiving unit includes a power-receiving coil unit that generates an induced electromotive force by the power-feeding coil unit and a power-receiving housing that houses the power-receiving coil unit and is assembled to the power feeding housing. The power feeding housing includes a base wall and a first sidewall having a first ridge that extends obliquely from the base wall and curved. The power-receiving housing includes a top wall and a bottom wall that face each other and a second sidewall, having a second ridge that is obliquely extended from the top wall to the bottom wall and curved; first sidewall and the second sidewall guide engage with each other and are fit together; and the first ridge and the second ridge guide each other and are fit together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
