PURPOSE: A connection structure of a pixel portion peripheral circuit of an LCD device panel using pixel electrodes is provided to connect peripheral circuit blocks comprised outside a pixel portion of an LCD panel by using an ITO, thereby disposing peripheral circuits in any place. CONSTITUTION: One end of an electrostatic prevention circuit(310) is connected to a data driver(220), and the electrostatic prevention circuit(310) is electrically connected with one node(Q) of the other end of a data line. A switching TFT(320) is connected with the electrostatic prevention circuit(310) in parallel through a line(L). When two circuits are connected to the node(Q) in parallel, the electrostatic prevention circuit(310) is electrically connected with the node(Q), and the switching TFT(320) performs a wiring process of the line(L) by using an ITO.
