PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular heat exchanging system capable of quickly adjusting temperature to a predetermined temperature when starting to heat or cool the inside of a cabin. SOLUTION: This vehicular heat exchanging system comprises a circulation circuit 4 for circulating a liquid heat medium through a first heat exchanger 1 and a second heat exchanger 2, a reservoir section 5 storing the heat medium discharged from the first heat exchanger 1 and having heat insulating property, an electric pump 6 capable of supplying the heat medium from the reservoir section 5 to the first heat exchanger 1, a three-way valve 7 provided downstream of the electric pump 6, a bypass passage 8 connected to the three-way valve 7, solenoid valves 9 and 10 provided on the inlet side and the outlet side of the first heat exchanger 1, and a control section 11.
