PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for carrying blood products by using a Stirling freezer which has very excellent cooling capability and temperature control capability though miniaturized and lightweight. SOLUTION: The carrier 1 for blood products P comprises the heat-insulated container 3 as a heat-insulated carriage case and a temperature control unit 4 as a temperature control means for retaining the inside of the heat-insulated container 3 at prescribed temperature. The temperature control unit 4 comprises the Stirling freezer 45, a sheath heater 53, and a control circuit 65. The control circuit 65 adjusts the temperature inside the heat-insulated container 3 either in a first temperature zone 66 (4°C±2°C) suitable for storing red blood cells, or in a second temperature zone 67 (22°C±2°C) suitable for storing platelets, or in a third temperature zone 68 (-20°C or lower) suitable for storing frozen plasma by driving/controlling the Stirling freezer 45 and/or the sheath heater 53.
