PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent curing of a liquid agent with respect to a liquid agent curing-preventing apparatus. SOLUTION: Since a packing chamber 24 is filled with a plasticizer 28, even if a curing agent (a liquid agent) in a liquid agent channel 16 leaks to the packing chamber 24 on the opposite to the liquid agent channel 16 via a gap between a supporting hole 17 and a valve rod 18 (a movable part), the leaking curing agent is prevented from contacting air. Further, the plasticizer 28 has low volatility as compared with a solvent, no air layer may be formed in the packed chamber 24 due to evaporation of the plasticizer 28. Accordingly, even if the curing agent is curable by contact with water in the air, curing of the curing agent attributed to contact of the curing agent with air can reliably prevented.
