A power steering device for recognizing neutral position is provided to improve stability of straight forward driving performance by weighing rotational force of the steering device. A power steering device for recognizing neutral position comprises a gear box(1), a stub shaft(3), a torsion bar(5), a rotor(7), a warm shaft(9), a power piston(11), a pressing member, a sector(15), a dust cover(17), and a valve housing(19). The dust cover which has a display unit at one surface, prevents entering dust or other foreign material from external. The display unit displays neutral position. The valve housing has a path and a display unit. The high pressure oil is supplied into the power steering device through the path. The display unit of the valve housing is formed at one surface, and displays neutral position. The user can check neutral position by matching display unit of the dust cover with the display unit of the valve housing.
