A manufacturing method of improved cement mortar is provided to obtain cement mortar to produce even heating, deodorizing effect, higher durability, excellent humidity and temperature controlling effect by introducing beneficial minerals to cement mortar. A manufacturing method of improved cement mortar comprises steps of: grinding 1kg of sepatite, 1kg of bio-stone, 1kg of perlite, 1kg of mica and 1kg of smectite until the particle size becomes below 100 mesh; adding 100kg of cement, 100g of silver solution and 10kg of water to the ground minerals; and stirring the mixture with a stirrer. The silver solution is prepared by a process of electrolysis; or a process comprising steps of: mixing 100g of silver with 100g of 1N nitric acid; heating the mixture at 80deg.C; adding each 500g of potassium carbonate until the amount becomes 1,000g while drying the mixture; stirring the mixture, concurrently with evaporating nitrite gas until pH 5; drying the mixture until silver salt of small particle forms; adding 50g of ferric nitrate to 200g of silver salt; filtering the mixture; and adding glacial acid and calcium carbonate powder to the precipitate for neutralization.
