PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To present information so that a user can intuitively comprehend circumstances at a time position such as each year or date on a time axis such as a chronological table axis. SOLUTION: The control means of a device displays icons 41 to 47, 51 to 56, 61 to 66 and 71 to 77 showing information to be presented at the time position shown by time information accompanying the information in the direction of a time axis 2 in a presentation area 3 of the presentation screen 1. When any space for presenting the information is not present at the position where the information is presented, the information is presented so as to be overlapped with the position where the other information is presented or the position where the other information has been already presented just like icons 48 and 49.
