PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain durability of a movable plate at a high level and to reduce generation of noise while maintaining damping properties at a high level in a liquid sealed type vibration control mount. SOLUTION: The vibration control mount device 1 is provided with two attachment members; an elastic body 13 for connecting the attachment members; a diaphragm 40 forming a liquid chamber 33 between the elastic body 13 and it; an orifice board 31 partitioning the liquid chamber 33 into two chambers 33a and 33b, having a recession 31c in an inside thereof, and having through holes 31d and 31f on upper and lower walls of the recession 31c; an orifice passage 34 communicating the chambers 33a and 33b; and the movable plate 35 stored in the recession 31c. Upper and lower walls of the orifice board 31 and upper and lower surfaces of the movable plate 35 are abutted respectively. A hole 35i is formed on an outer peripheral part 35g of the movable plate 35. Two through holes 35h are formed on an intermediate part 35f of the movable plate 35.
