PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a conventional press forming device having a plurality of cushion members, for example, one cushion member is coupled with the other cushion member via a base plate, the weight of the press forming device is increased, and the coupling strength of the cushion members is decreased. SOLUTION: The press forming device 1 comprises a die 2, a punch 3, a plurality of first cushion members 5, and a second cushion member 6. The plurality of cushion members 5, 6 are formed separate from each other, and a rib 61 for coupling the first cushion members 5 with the second cushion member 6 is integrated with the second cushion member 6.
