PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventional health apparatuses which are the one using stones or a titanium alloy and the one in which sintered germanium is embedded are respectively used singly, and the touch is not good since metals and the stones are bared. SOLUTION: A plate-like stone is hollowed to be lowered one stage, punched out titanium alloy to be matched with the hollow shape is stuck in it, powder-like germanium is applied on it, and a soft resin such as urethane is applied on it further.
