An intravenous supply device having a disposable reversible vein resin needle and a pipette portion is provided to enable a user to check whether a syringe needle is inserted correctly into a blood vessel or not. An intravenous string is connected to a vessel. An intravenous adjusting tool for adjusting the supply amount of the intravenous liquid is installed in the middle of the intravenous supply string. A disposable reversible vein resin needle is installed at the end of the intravenous supply string. The disposable reversible vein resin needle includes an outer cylinder(20) and an inner piston(30). The inner piston is inserted into the outer cylinder and is connected to the intravenous supply line to receive intravenous liquid or blood. A convex portion having a function of a pipette is installed in the intravenous supply string.
