PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection accumulation system for occurrence cases and the number of a common infectious disease for the human being and a living organism, around the occurrence cases and the number of the common infectious disease for the human being and the living organism as the examination important point, using pets or domestic animals kept in the minimum unit in a human society as an important point, and to constitute a tool kit for collecting, storing, holding and transferring a common infectious disease examining material for the human being and the living organism to examine an examination data for preventing direct domestic infection from the kept animals in the domestic unit. SOLUTION: This tool kit for collecting, storing, holding and transferring the examining material for the animals used mainly by a bleeder keeping the animals is provided with a collection tool 17A for collecting the examining material for the animal, a storage holding container 13C for preventing the collected examining material from being dry-modified, and a transfer container 25A for storing storage holding container to be transferred, and can be handled even by the bleeder not having an expert knowledge and a qualification equivalent to a veterinarian, and allows easily the collection, storage and holding sanitarily, without requiring direct contact with the examining material for a user.
