FIELD: drying of dispersed materials; microbiological, food-processing, chemical and other industries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed drier includes moist material feeder, drying chamber, calorifier, fan and used air cleaning system. Drying chamber is provided with pulsator, drying column, upper cover with heating element cassette and exhaust filters, changeable gas distributors and relief valve. Exhaust filters are closed with hermetic hood which has hatches with inspection ports; exhaust filter hood is connected with exhaust ventilation system. Secured to relief valve body by means of quick-detachable clips are units for discharge of dried product; unit for continuous discharge of product from drying chamber has body where rotor with six cells rotates by means of electric motor through reduction gear. Moist material is loaded by vacuum with the aid of hose through loading pipe line. Drying column is provided with water jacket formed by double-pipe heat exchangers. Cylindrical part of drying column is provided with sampler and product temperature sensor mounted in drying zone. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity. ^ 4 dwg |
