PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management control system for always performing smooth distribution control by automatically updating a control application in response to a change in a system configuration due to addition or change of a node to an ad hoc network. SOLUTION: A node configuration determination functioning section 62 of a server 6 selects a control application adapted to the change in the system configuration from a control application executing module register 61, in response to the change in the system configuration due to the addition or change of a node 3 to the ad hoc network 4. After that, the control application is transferred to an application transfer function section 23 provided in the node 3 through a remote install functioning section 63, and a control application registered in a control application register 22 is updated using this control application.
