The folding packet has a pocket lip (12) bent outwards and arranged at the open side (10.1) of the pocket (10). A stop (11) is adjustable for the incoming fold product and arranged in the interior of the pocket. The pocket lip movable backwards in the pocket during incoming fold product, further into interior of the pocket and moved forward in the direction of the opening of the pocket after attaching the fold product to the stop. An independent claim is also included for a method for folding a fold product with folding pocket.
