<p>A dried oligonucleotide composition and a method for preparing the same are provided to prevent the oligonucleotide from being separated and being lost during the drying, storing and transferring processes of the oligonucleotide. The dried oligonucleotide composition comprises at least one separation-loss preventing material and oligonucleotide such as DNA oligonucleotide, RNA oligonucleotide, siRNA oligonucleotide and a combination thereof, wherein the separation-loss preventing material is selected from the group consisting of protein such as gelatin, albumin and acetylated albumin; water-soluble polymer such as polyethylene glycol, polyvinylalcohol, polyacrylic acid, poly methacrylic acid, polyacrylamide, polyvinyl sulfonic acid, poly diallyldimethyl ammonium chloride, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyoxyethylene, polyvinylacetate, polyvinyl cyanoethyl ether, hydroxyethyl cellulose, cellulose sulfate, amylopectin, polyethylene glycol monomethylether and polyethylene glycol tert-octylphenyl ether; non-ionic surfactant such as ethyleneglycol monolaurate, propylene glycol monolaurate, triglycerol monostearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monopalmitate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, methyl glucoside, octyl glucoside, methyl glucoside monolaurate, and sorbitol monolaurate; oligosaccharide such as fructooligosaccharide, maltooligosaccharide, iso-maltooligosaccharide, galactooligosaccharide, and soybean oligosaccharide; and polyhydric alcohol such as ethyleneglycol, glycerine, threitol, arabitol, glucose, mannitol, galacitol, and sorbitol.</p> |
