A method of measuring skin pores is provided to automate a process of measuring the pores and to measure the size of the pores by a computer with a program objectively and accurately. A method of measuring skin pores includes the steps of: photographing a skin with a video microscope(S1); sampling a part including the pores from the photographed skin image, amplifying the sample, and removing noises; measuring the size of the pores by a computer using the images of the pores; and visualizing the measured value on a monitor with the computer. The second step includes the steps of sampling a part to be measured among the photographed skin image(S3); counting the area of the pores from the sampled image(S4); and amplifying and square-sampling the sampled image(S5).
