The present invention provides a counting device ( 100 ) capable of recording the number of doses dispensed from dispensers such as inhalers. The counting device is mounted on a portion of an inhaler canister ( 200 ) protruding from a housing ( 300 ), at an end opposite a delivery portion of the canister. The inhaler canister is mounted in the housing to form the dispenser. The counting device includes a switch ( 3 ) actuatable by interaction with the housing during relative movement between the canister and the housing. A display means ( 7 ) is provided for displaying information related to the number of doses delivered by the dispenser. |
