PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat jacket structure having a storage function capable of increasing a clamping force for clamping a small article between a seat jacket body and a seat surface part of a seat. SOLUTION: The seat jacket body 15 is divided into two, a cushion seat jacket 16 to be mounted on a seat cushion part 2 of a seat 1 and a backrest seat jacket 17 to be mounted on a seat back part 3. The cushion seat jacket 16 is provided with a front-side storage opening part 16b and right/left-rear-side storage opening parts 16c and 16c formed by notching parts thereof and exposing the parts of the seat surface part 2a to the cabin inside space in a front edge part of an upper face part covering the seat surface part 2a and the both right/left sides of right/left rear edges, and fastened with hook-and-loop fastener members 18 and 19.
