PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for a sanitary paper such as tissue or the like, wherein the rectangular box is easily disassembled when the packaging box for a tissue or the like is discarded, an inner surface of the box can be set to its flat opened state, and then the box is easily separated into paper and plastics, and discarded. SOLUTION: Two separated points (a) and (b) on a connected folding line (a side on an interface) between a lower surface plate and one side surface plate of a packaging box for a sanitary paper are applied as starting points to form a substantial arcuate, triangular or polygonal pushing-in cutting line 15 connecting the two points (a) and (b) is formed against the lower surface plate 2, and concurrently cutting lines 16a, 16b for disassembling work ranging from each of the starting points to the terminal end of the cooperating folding line of an external flap at the lower surface plate are formed, and when the box is discarded, the box can be released to open along the disassembling cutting lines and the inserting-in cutting lines.
