Flow breakdown bodies (2) are arranged over roller cylinders (1) to provide for change in the surface roughness of the roller cylinders in given sectors of a rotor circle. The flow breakdown bodies, preferably recessed, includes blowing ports for discharging compressed air to surfaces (20) of end plates (17) surrounding the roller cylinders. A bowl-like structure (3) encloses the roller cylinders.
