PURPOSE:To make the variation range of an air-fuel ratio smaller, by calculating both proportional an integral values in an air-fuel ratio feedback control with the total of such one multiplying engine speed by a first factor and another one multiplying a parameter, other than the engine speed of suction absolute pressure or the like, by a second factor. CONSTITUTION:Each detected value of a suction absolute pressure sensor 19, a crank angle sensor 11, a water temperature sensor 12, an oxygen sensor 14 or the like is inputted into a control circuit 20, and it performs feedback control over an air-fuel ratio via the linear type solenoid valve 9 when an air-fuel ratio feedback control condition is materialized on the basis of cooling water temperature. Proportional value when the detected value of the oxygen sensor 14 is reversed from lean to rich and integral value when continuing the lean or the rich are calculated by adding such one, multiplying engine speed by a first factor, to another one multiplying suction absolute pressure by a second factor.
