PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet filling device capable of continuing the work without stopping the feed of a tablet container and the filling of tablets even when a predetermined work cannot be performed at each working position, and allowing the tablet containers to wait at the same position even when the sizes of the tablet containers are different from each other. SOLUTION: The tablet filling device comprises a tablet feed unit 3 to fill tablets in a tablet container 12, a conveying member 41 to convey the tablet cassette 12 from the tablet feed unit 3 to the waiting position, a container holding member 65 provided at the delivery position and having a plurality of holding units 67, 68 capable of holding the tablet container 12 according to the difference of the outside diameter, and another conveying member 52 to convey the tablet container 12 held by the container holding member 65 to the working position.
