PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily visually confirm the optical path of light beams when the positions in the arranged direction of a plurality of light beams are adjusted. SOLUTION: A rib 31 (reference light receiving position confirmation member) having a light receiving face 32 other than a mirror face having a reference position mark 32a to show the respective reference light receiving positions of a plurality of beams, is so composed to be positioned at predetermined positions in the optical paths of the plurality of light beams with which the light receiving faces 32 are scanned by a polygon mirror 9. The polygon mirror 9, an adjustable reflection mirror 29 which adjusts the advancing direction of the plurality of light beams scanned by the polygon mirror 9 along the arranged direction of the plurality of light beams, the rib 31 (an example of reference light receiving position confirmation member) are provided in one integrally molded unit housing 30.
