PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform charge control by a fixed PWM signal with a flyback type DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: The strobe charge device constituted of a main capacitor and the flyback DC/DC converter which charges the main capacitor, is provided with: a primary current driving means for driving current to a primary winding of a transformer of the DC/DC converter; a PWM signal output means for outputting a pulse signal with predetermined frequency and duty; a secondary current detection means for detecting current of a secondary winding of the transformer of the DC/DC converter and a driving signal output means for outputting the pulse signal as a driving signal of the primary current driving means according to output of the secondary current detection signal, stops the pulse signal as driving signal output during detection of secondary current and outputs the pulse signal as the driving signal output when disappearance or less than predetermined current of the secondary current is detected.
