PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution for driving an aluminum electrolytic capacitor which has low resistivity and is also excellent in stability under a high temperature. SOLUTION: At least azelaic acid, sebacic acid, high-class dibasic acid such as decane dicarboxylic acid or salt thereof are mixed in a solvent wherein ethylene glycol and water are mixed, and dinormal butoxy aluminum monoethyle acetoacetate shown in the chemical formula is added.
