<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide charging equipment, collecting equipment and an electrostatic dust collector, wherein a self-excitation vibration phenomenon can be prevented while keeping an ionization ratio and a collecting efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: In the charging equipment 10, an ionization line 11, as a discharging electrode, is arranged parallel to a pair of facing electrode 21, 22 having a shape of flat sheet, arranged parallel to each other, between the said facing electrode 21 and 22. The said ionization line 11 is arranged at a position in the same distance from the said pair of the facing electrode 21, 22. And also, in comparison with an effective area S<SB>1</SB>of the one side facing electrode, an effective area S<SB>2</SB>of the other side facing electrode is set up smaller, when an area of the said facing electrode 21, 22, in a range of the determined distance D which a line of electric force may reach, is an effective area S<SB>1</SB>, S<SB>2</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
