PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green toner having excellent offset resistance and excellent toner characteristics such as color reproducibility, color developing property, transparency, low temperature fixing property, sharp melt property, blocking resistance, charging characteristics and pulverizing property, and capable of forming a preferable developed image for a long time without using bisphenol A or its derivative as a component of a polyester resin in the toner. SOLUTION: The green toner contains the following nonlinear polyester resin and a colorant obtained by mixing a phthalocyanine blue pigment (B) containing no halogen and a benzimidazolone yellow pigment (Y) containing no halogen, in the mixing ratio (Y):(B) ranging from (35:65) to (60:40). The nonlinear polyester resin is composed of: an acid component comprising (1) disproportionation rosin and (2) terephthalic acid and/or isophthalic acid; an alcohol component comprising (3) a glycidyl ester of tertiary fatty acid and (4) 2-10C aliphatic diol; and a crosslinking component comprising a polycarboxylic acid having the valence of 3 and/or a polyol having the valence of 3.
