PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot cleaner capable of simultaneously or selectively performing floor surface cleaning and disinfecting work while self-traveling in a prescribed space and useful for a healthy and comfortable house environment together with sanitary cleaning by automatically cleaning a floor and performing the disinfecting work. SOLUTION: This robot cleaner disinfecting the floor while traveling in the prescribed space, and comprises a robot cleaner body, a driving part for driving a plurality of wheels provided on the lower part of the body, an upper part camera for photographing the image of an upper part vertical to a traveling direction, an obstacle detection sensor for detecting an obstacle disposed at the front in the traveling direction, a storage device, a dust sucking part provided on the robot cleaner main body so as to suck dust on the floor, a disinfecting part provided on the lower part of the robot cleaner body for disinfecting the floor, and a control part.
