PURPOSE:To enable washing in a wide range and to eliminate work in a distillation column by a plurality of workers by regulating a washing nozzle freely turnably and freely movably in a washing equipment of distillation plates which are perforated with many holes and constituted of plurality of steps in the distillation column. CONSTITUTION:A washing equipment of a distillation column is fitted to the cover 11 of a manhole of the outer circumferential wall 18 of the distillation column, inserted thereinto from a through-hole 10. When a motor 1 is actuated, a roller chain 2 is transmitted to a rotary shaft 8 of an inner cylindrical part, and the holder 9 of a washing arm is rotated to the direction Q. Thereby a roller chain 13 fitted to both ends of a washing arm 15 is engaged with a fixed sprocket wheel 3 and transferred, and the washing arm 15 is transferred to the direction shown in an arrow P in such a state that the washing arm 15 is projected from the holder 9. High-pressure washing water 4 is passed through a high-pressure water pipe 5 for transfer and jetted through a washing nozzle fitted to the holder 9. The inside of the distillation column is automatically washed because the washing nozzle is rotated and moved in a wide range. |
