PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanical structure such as a piezoelectric vibration and to drive a circuit for driving the vibrator by differentiating the phases of adjacent vibrators by 180 deg., and vibrating the vibrator by the application of an AC voltage. CONSTITUTION:When a stator 1 is connected to a common ground potential and a voltage is applied to piezoelectric vibrators 3, 4, a protrusion 11a receives a lateral force fx by the lateral effect of the vibrator 3 and receives a lifting force fy by the vibrator 4. Accordingly, the protrusion 11a receives a composite force f of the fx and fy. A protrusion 11b receives a force -fx by the vibrator 3 and receives a pressing force -fy by the vibrator 4. Then, the stator 1 displaces in accordance with a sine waveform as shown by a broken line; the protrusion 11a lifts a mover 2, and displaces the element in a direction of the fx; and the protrusion 11b separates from the mover 2 and does not affect any force to the mover 2. |
