<p>The compsns. comprise acrylic and/or methacrylic polymers and their derivs., other organic cpds. of lignosulphonate type and inorganic Zn salts. The polymers are of low mol.wt. obtd. from the esters of Na, K or NH4 salts of the acids with 1-3C alcohols. The lignosulphonates are used as Na, K or NH4 salts, and the Zn salt is pref. chloride or sulphate. Ratio of acrylic polymer/lignosulphonate/Zn is from 12/3/8 to 16/7/10, pref. 15/5/9.5. Concn. in cooling water systems is 30-80 mg/l.</p> |
