A terminal and a control method considering the offset of a user are provided to execute a menu within a terminal by the terminal user. At least one of objects is displayed in an icon form on a touch screen(S51). One object is touched among objects and is selected(S52). Four menu icons are displayed capable of applying the selected objects(S53). The specific menu icon is touched among menu icons and is selected(S54). Dial is tried to the opponent of the corresponding object(S55).
