DECISION SUPPORT METHOD FOR INTEGRATED RIVER BASIN WATER RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

A decision support method for integrated river basin water management is provided to enable efficient integrated management about a limited water resource in a river basin and obtain an additional water resource simultaneously considering a water volume and water quality condition. Average day drainage basin precipitation is predicted in consideration of small geographical effects based on a whole Earth prediction model and a precipitation diagnosis model. In an SSARR(Streamflow Synthesis and Reservoir Regulation) model, drain amounts per a small drainage basin and a point are calculated. A final dam discharge amount needing dam operation decision making is calculated. Water quality is predicted based on the drain amount, the dam discharge amount and Qual2e model.
