A protective mask adapted to be worn by persons engaging in physical games comprises a body consisting of a lens receiving portion, a nose portion, a chin portion, a brow portion, opposite cheek portions and opposite side temple portions; the lens receiving portion displays an openin g which is covered by a removable flexible transparent lens having its opposit e extremities configured with engagement portions that mount the lens to the body. A pair of anchor clamps are inserted at each opposite end of the lens to further secure the engagement of the lens to the mask body.
