NOVEL CLITOCYBIN DERIVATES, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME FOR PREVENTION OF AGING AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT

A novel clitocybin derivative is provided to have the effects of removing radical and reducing DNA damage and erythema and prevent and treat diseases caused by excessive accumulation of active oxygen. A novel clitocybin derivative is denoted by the chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 is independently or selectively OCH3 or OH. A method for producing the clitocybin derivative of the chemical formula 1 comprises: a step one of culturing Clitocybe aurantiaca (KCTC 11143BP) to obtain culture product; a step two of extracting with acetone and ethylacetate; a step three of performing concentration gradient silica gel column chromatography to obtain active fraction; and a step four of performing Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.
