PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation efficiency by efficiently spraying air taken in by a suction fan to a radiating fin. SOLUTION: In a heat radiator of electronic equipment, gas sucked by the suction fan is allowed to pass through an air path formed in a chassis, thus radiating heat generated in an electronic component arranged in the chassis. In this case, an air bank section is provided at a position opposite to the blow-out side of the suction fan of the chassis, and an opening is provided at one portion of the side of the air bank section.
