PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a diaphragm for a micro speaker, which is excellent in low-band reproduction, enables high output and is improved in productivity and quality and is excellent in thermal resistance, the diaphragm manufactured with the method, the micro speaker and a cellular phone. SOLUTION: In order to manufacture the diaphragm of the micro speaker 4, a high-elasticity material (paper, engineering plastic film, light metal sheet) 20 for forming a dome part (body part) and a high-inner-loss material (vulcanized rubber) 30 for forming both the dome part (body part) and a circumferential part (edge part), are overlapped to simultaneously perform adhesion and integral molding. In the figure, a cellular phone using the micro speaker 4 is shown, wherein 30a denotes the dome part, 30b denotes a recessed part, 30c denotes the circumferential part. 30d denotes an externa; pasting part, 4 denotes the micro speaker, 5 denotes a voice coil. 7a denotes an upper magnetic pole plate, 7b denotes a lower magnetic pole plate, 8 denotes a magnetic void, 9 denotes an external terminal, 10 denotes a gasket, 14 denotes a magnet, 15 denotes a magnetic circuit, 17 denotes a frame, and 26 denotes a protector.
