PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique capable of stably outputting modulation wave with various waveforms with a simple circuit configuration. SOLUTION: Waveform data for defining the waveform of the modulation wave are stored in the memory of a digital signal generating circuit 251. The circuit 251 outputs a digital signal in response to the selected waveform data. A DA converting circuit 252 performs the analog conversion of the digital signal, and outputs the source waveform of the modulation wave. The source waveform is amplified by an amplifier circuit 255, and then, the treatment waveform of the modulation wave is outputted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
