<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for proposing stores for installing components, capable of proposing stores where vehicle components desired by a user can be installed at the location and time desired by the user. <P>SOLUTION: Desired installation location information, desired installation component information and desired installation time information for a user who desires to install a vehicle component are obtained via a network in step S1 and are stored in a storage means in step S2. In step S3, candidate stores where the component that the user desires to install can be installed are determined based on the desired installation location information, desired installation component information and desired installation time information.
