PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed-sensorless vector control device that allows more accurate estimation of a rotational speed of an induction machine than the conventional one when starting a power converter driving the induction machine.
SOLUTION: The speed-sensorless vector control device controls an induction machine, having no speed sensor, at a variable speed by a power converter. The speed-sensorless vector control device has a mode for early estimation of a speed in order to estimate a rotational speed of the induction machine when starting the power converter while the induction machine is idling. The device has a current/magnetic-flux estimation means 102 for calculating a primary-current estimation value and a secondary magnetic-flux estimation value from a primary-current detection value and a primary-voltage detection value of the induction machine 1 in the mode for early estimation of a speed, a torque estimation means 206 for estimating torque of the induction machine 1 by using the estimation values, and a rotational angular frequency estimation means 103 (a proportion/integration calculation means 208) for outputting a calculation result such that the torque estimation value becomes zero as a rotational angular frequency estimation value.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
