PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus capable of fetching data again. SOLUTION: The level L3 of respiratory signals Sr at the end time t3 of a data gathering period P3 and a threshold TH are compared and whether or not L3 is larger than TH is judged. Since it is L3>TH, the data gathering period P3 includes a period during which body movement by respiration is large. Thus, when data gathered in the data gathering period P3 are used for the data of image reconfiguration, there is the risk of generating body movement artifacts in MR images.
