PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey tab terminals without bringing them into contact with each other even when the tab terminals each has a core material of a CP line made of a nonmagnetic body. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a tab terminal conveying device which takes a tab terminal 1 out of a tab terminal storage container 21 having an opening atop and conveys it to a predetermined next process, the tab terminal 1 having a lead wire connected to a round rod portion side of a terminal main body having a battledore plate type flat portion formed on one end side and a round rod portion on the other side. The tab terminal conveying device is equipped with a suction head 10 which is connected selectively to a negative pressure source 15 and the atmosphere through a selector valve 14 and can be elevated by a predetermined driving means 16 to the tag terminal storage container 21, and the tab terminal 1 is held by a nearly U-shaped suction groove 11 formed on the reverse surface of the suction head, and is conveyed.
