<p>A turbo air compressor system is provided to increase the torque of a rotor in a wind power generation system by letting extra wind flow into the rotor and compressing the wind. A wind power generation system comprises a housing(5) which is combined in a shaft to be rotatable, a rotator(6) with a blade(61) to rotate around a shaft by the wind and face the front side, an upper turbo air compressor system(2) which is combined on the top of the housing and in which an air compression hole(21) is formed, a lower turbo air compressor system(3) which is combined in the housing and in which an air compression hole(31) is formed, an intelligent rudder(4) moving the housing in the direction the wind blows, and a body(8) supporting a wind power generation system in whole. The upper turbo air compressor system guides the wind passing through the upper side of the rotor to the blade. The lower turbo air compressor system takes in the wind acting in the reverse direction to the blades.</p> |
