RAMYON INCLUDING PEANUTS AND MILK AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A method for preparing instant noodles using peanuts and milk is provided to secure high nutrients as well as a savory taste by mixing peanut powder, edible milk powder, potato starch, refined salt and modified starch. A method for preparing instant noodles comprises: the first step of washing peanuts and drying them at 20-40°C; the second step of roasting the dried peanuts on a heater at 70-140°C; the third step of peeling the roasted peanuts completely before the heat disappears; the fourth step of aging the peeled peanuts at 5-7°C for 6-12 hours; the fifth step of making them powder to a size of 200-500 mesh; the sixth step of mixing the peanut powder, edible milk powder, potato starch, refined salt and modified starch with flour and kneading the mixture; the seventh step of making dough and steaming it; the eighth step of molding it into noodles in a mold frame; the ninth step of frying the noodles in palm oil and cooling off them to room temperature; and the tenth step of preparing a powdered soup by mixing the peanut powder, a soup base, purified glucose, white sugar, edible salt and bay salt and packaging the noodles and the powdered soup.
